Rose Hill
Rose Hill was one of the first off-Island planned communities. The plantation is bisected by a state highway, with one side featuring a 27-hole golf course and homes with golf and woodland views. Across the road, there are estate-size homesites of an acre or more. Amenities within the gated community are golf, tennis, an equestrian center and a polo field. Several homes on the estate side of the plantation have private stables and access to the community boat ramp. The plantation has several pools and a clubhouse. |
