A gated community at the easternmost edge of the mainland, Moss Creek Plantation is known for its scenic highway frontage, where gleaming thoroughbred horses amble under moss-draped Live Oaks. Just beyond the equestrian center, this gracious community includes about 800 homesites and a few condominiums. It also offers two private golf courses, a beautiful pool overlooking the plantation marina, several miles of walking and biking trails, and a large tennis center.
