Leamington includes 450 homesites immediately adjacent to the Palmetto Dunes resort. It has an Arthur Hills Golf Course and a private beach pavilion on the Atlantic. Tennis is offered at the adjacent Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center. An 11-mile lagoon system meanders through the community, allowing fishing and non-motorized boats. Other amenities include a private community pool and a recreation center with docks and a children's playground.
