Colleton River Plantation lies near the bridge to Hilton Head Island. It’s a private, 1,500-acre, country club community bordered by a 1,200-acre nature preserve. The community has more than a mile of deepwater access and 7.5 miles of frontage on a beautiful saltwater marsh. Colleton River has three golf courses, including an 18-hole Jack Nicklaus Signature course, an 18-hole Pete Dye-designed course and a nine-hole, par three course modeled after nearby Augusta National.
