William Settle was born and raised in Atlanta, Ga. He attended the Lovett School and Graduated from Auburn University. He moved to the island in 2001 where he headed up the conversion of Brighton Bay apartments to Condomeniums. After a successful sales year he moved on to manage the sales and home building of Westbury Park/The Richardson Group in Bluffton. Will left the Richardson group in 2005 to work with Toll Brothers at Hampton Pointe and Habersham Properties in Beaufort. Will would return to the Richardson Group in September of this Year to join the Windmill Harbour Real Estate team. Will has also worked for The Bright Companies, Post Properties, and Harry Norman Realtors.
