Hailing from Bucks County, PA, Marguerite attended Moravian College and started a successful sportswear boutique that enabled her to indulge her love of old house restoration. While exercising her skills in architectural, interior, and landscape design, she made a successful career for 25 years as a full time Realtor specializing in estates and unique properties. She has earned two accreditations in her field.
30 years ago her parents retired to North Forest Beach and Marguerite was immediately smitten with the Lowcountry.
